PLEASE GIMME SOME ADVICE TO BETTER PHOTOMANIPS! :D

lately i've been thinking about the quality of my deviations. i don't really know what to do, and since i'm all self tought and don't have any education inside art or computer, i don't really know what more to do.. i've searched all kinds of tutourials, and i haven't really found any useful so i was hoping to get some advise from you guys at dA! i would be incredible thankful if i got some response on this

please spear a couple of seconds to give me some useful advice and tips regarding photomanipulation<3

i especially need some advise when it comes to get the foreground flow into the background in a photomanip
